When we started Litefoot in 2014 our office consisted of 1 room in my friend’s business. We grew out of the 1 office, eventually taking up most of my / his office space. Fast forward 8 years and we were busting at the seems in our current space. The company that started with 2 members, had grown to 18, with more needed. One of the areas we thought hampered us at our current location was the physical separation of the staff. In an environment where you are constantly handling issues that ‘pop up’ along with the work planned for the day; instant / detailed teamwork is paramount to being as effective to the client as possible.
In September, we secured a larger “open space” at 5901 Shallowford Rd, Suite 135 Chattanooga, Tennessee 37421. To say it has been a blessing is an understatement. We have more space in an open format, allowing for the collaboration that has already born fruit. In the month since the move, we have grown to 21 employees. The business is growing and we are thankful. As we grow, we are constantly striving to maintain the prompt / thorough service everybody wants, but few deliver. Thanks to all our customers for believing in us. I can assure you its not taken for granted.
